The Spasticity Management Network (SMN) is a collaboration between clinicians managing spasticity for the purpose of better patient outcomes (health), better system performance (care) and better professional development (knowledge translation).

Three groups of individuals will benefit from the SMN:

1. Individuals with spasticity

2. Clinicians treating individuals with spasticity

3. Clinicians wanting to refer individuals with spasticity for treatment

Collaborating clinics/clinicians commit to sharing their clinical experience (e.g., clinic treatment protocols), clinical details (e.g., how to refer a patient, clinic location, clinic personnel) and relevant patient information (e.g. what to expect on first visit/follow-up visit, drug information brochures, education forms).

We would like others to view the SMN as a useful tool for improving delivery of care and education through shared information.
