Any faculty, physiatrist, scientists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, traumotologists, orthopaedic surgeons, psychologists, sports therapists, urologists and nurses, admin leaders. (Non-student, government, allied health, patients, NGOs)

Allied health
Any of diverse health care professions, including clinical laboratory personnel, social workers, occupational therapists, dietetic services, medical record personnel, radiologic services, speech-language pathology and audiology, and respiratory therapy. It does not include physicians, nurses, dentists, or any under Full above.

Auto-Transfers to MAINPORT EPORTFOLIO
Royal College Fellows and MOC Program participants who provided their identification number at the time of registration will have their MOC Section 1 credits automatically transferred to their MAINPORT holding area following the learning activity. To complete the entry participants will be required to record their learning outcomes.

Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the Canadian Advances in Neuro-Orthopedics For Spasticity Congress (CANOSC) should contact us by email at info@capmr.ca. The invitation letter will be issued once the registration form and payment has been received by CANOSC. The letter does not constitute any financial commitment on the part of the Association.

CANCELLATION POLICY – DELEGATE

  • Cancellations must be received in writing to info@capmr.ca
  • Cancellation policy:
    • On or before March 1, 2019 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
    • No refunds on or after March 2, 2019.

CANCELLATION POLICY – CONFERENCE
The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel the Canadian Advances in Neuro-Orthopedics For Spasticity Congress (CANOSC) and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the Canadian Advances in Neuro-Orthopedics For Spasticity Congress (CANOSC) is limited to the registration fee. The Canadian Advances in Neuro-Orthopedics For Spasticity Congress (CANOSC) will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline.
