Dr. Esquenazi is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis Society and the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics. He is a professor of rehabilitation at Temple University School of Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University – Jefferson Medical College and Drexel University College of Medicine. He serves as director of the Annual Inter-City Gait and Orthotics course sponsored by the MossRehab PM&R residency training program. He is a past member of the Task Force on Medical Rehabilitation Research for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He is past President of AAPM&R.
Dr. Esquenazi has been recognized multiple times as one of the region’s “Top Docs” and received the Distinguished clinician and the Frank Krusen Lifetime Achievement award from AAPM&R. He has published more that 100 original papers, book chapters and has presented nationally and internationally on spasticity management, amputation, rehabilitation, orthosis, gait analysis and technology for rehabilitation.

Co-development is defined by the Royal College as the process by which two or more organizations — at least one of which must be a physician organization — prospectively collaborate to develop and implement an accredited educational activity, learning resource or tool.
The physician organization (CANOSC) has ultimate authority over all decisions and is accountable to ensure that the administrative, educational and ethical accreditation standards for group learning activities are met.
